Cancellations can be done up to 24 hours prior to rental for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours will not receive a refund.

Guest agrees to not open equipment, and further agrees to return the equipment to GoPro ToGo for servicing including accessing the memory card or changing batteries.

Equipment Policy

There are no refunds for unused equipment. Items returned more than 1 hour later than the time due back will be subject to another full day’s rental charge as a late fee.
